For any fans of more old-school text adventures, Upheaval is perfect. It features a vast, fantasy-inspired open world to explore—where choices matter.
This interactive novel features a graphical user-interface, complete with a choice menu and other visual elements. For example, there’s a proper map and inventory system.

The Upheaval text adventure is still in Early Access (Alpha). There are already dozens of hours’ worth of content to get lost in, and more are on the way.
