Reckoning of New York release is here! The final entry to the Vampire: The Masquerade New York trilogy is here, available on PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox platforms. The game is also planned to release on mobile platforms, Android/iOS in the future.

Check out the official Vampire: The Masquerade – Reckoning of New York trailer!

Reckoning of New York will be throwing readers into the streets of the Big Apple, set in the year 2024. In the universe, teeming with the supernatural, readers will have to navigate the treacherous waters of vampire politics as the landscape is ever-shifting between the Camarilla and Anarchs.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Reckoning of New York features similar gameplay to its predecessors—a visual novel-styled narrative game with choose-your-own-adventure choices to determine the story outcome.

In Reckoning of New York, you’ll also have the ability to harness the powers of Disciplines to overcome challenges or evade the relentless pursuit of hunters in the story. These powers are similar to the mainline Vampire: The Masquerade title gameplay mechanics.

This is the final entry in the saga, released 4 years after the last release—Shadows of New York. These Vampire: The Masquerade games are perfect for anyone looking for a new supernatural or vampire interactive fiction story or visual novel.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Reckoning of New York is currently on a 15% sale for the next few days to celebrate the game’s launch. It’s also possible to find the previous two titles in the trilogy heavily discounted during their respective platform’s sales.

If you haven’t played any of the New York trilogy titles before, it is possible to jump straight into Reckoning of New York first. We recommend playing each title in order, however, they are only loosely connected, sharing the same setting and recurring characters.

If you’re already planning to blast through Reckoning of New York, and you’re a huge fan of the World of Darkness universe, we recommend checking out the Choice of Games interactive fiction novels that flesh out the universe. These include Choice of Game’s Hunter: The Reckoning and Werewolf: The Apocalypse titles.

If you prefer having a visual element to your narrative-driven games, Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Apocalypse is a must-read.
