After two and a half years, the Eyes Of Iyre Demo is available to play on Steam! It’s an RPG visual novel inspired by “many years of Dungeons & Dragons”.
The Eyes Of Iyre Demo is out now, along with their Kickstarter campaign. You can give the novel a try, and support the developers!
The developers are looking to raise $33,865 AUD for their project. At the time of writing, they’ve already raised over $1,500, and have 55 days left to go.
Eyes Of Iyre is perfect for any Dungeons & Dragons fans. It blends together the best of the visual novel format with heavy RPG elements.
The story will have you following Barbak the Orc, as he discovers more about the fantasy world around him—and the past.
“Make friends, cast magic, and learn the truth hidden in the city of Iyre!”
The novel is made in the Ren’Py engine, and is being developed/self-published by D0Studios. If you’re into visual novels, keep an eye on this—it might become an indie hit!
Along with your typical, character-driven visual novel gameplay you can expect the following:
- Multiple minigames
- Detailed character designs
- Interactive maps and backgrounds
- Multiple save slots
- .5 Hours of Gameplay (in the Demo)
If you’re a fan of visual novels and RPGs, we recommend checking out Heroes Of Book & Paper. It just dropped on Steam Early Access, and is also D&D-inspired.
